1、 Material and Surface: Reduce Friction and Scratch
1. Low friction smooth inner wall
Mainstream: UHMWPE (high molecular weight polyethylene), modified PP, stainless steel plate
Surface mirror polishing, no burrs, no welds, no sharp edges and corners
Function: The product has low sliding resistance and does not scratch the packaging/surface
2. Inner lining flexible buffer layer (for consumables only)
Stick rubber sheet, silicone pad, EVA foam, velvet cloth, PU soft board

4、 Speed and timing control: avoid 'violent sorting'
1. Electric control speed regulation (intelligent sliding groove)

2. The grid timing is correct
The timing difference between the tray/trolley and the grid door is less than 50ms
Late opening of the door can cause injury, early opening can result in missed or falling points
